Information you provide
BaZi Four Pillars stores the solar birth date, birth time when known, UTC offset and gender supplied to calculate a chart. Compatibility comparisons also store the names you enter. An account uses your email address; Google sign-in supplies your name, email and profile picture. We do not ask you to create a password.
How information is used
We use this information to calculate and save charts, generate readings, manage accounts and purchases, send sign-in emails, provide support and prevent abuse. Chart links can be shared, so share them only with people you want to see the chart.
Service providers
Dodo Payments collects payment details on its hosted checkout and processes purchases and refunds. We store purchase records, not payment card numbers. Google's sign-in service supplies basic profile information; we do not request your contacts or calendar.
Chart facts are sent through OpenRouter to AI providers to generate readings. Compatibility names are replaced with placeholders before generation; your account email is not needed for interpretation. Our email provider delivers sign-in messages.
Storage and security
Accounts, saved charts, readings and purchase records are stored to provide the service. We use access controls to protect them, but no storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.
Your browser uses local storage for sign-in and for claiming charts created before sign-in. Dodo may use cookies on its hosted checkout.
Your choices
Contact us to request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your personal data, or to raise an objection to processing. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations.
Children and policy updates
The service is not intended for children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date.
